Clear Spot Tofu

Sold under the “Clear Spot” label, our added value tofu offers ‘something different', giving high nutritional value as well as an authentically different taste.

We make our tofu in small batches, each one individually hand made by a conscientious member of our dedicated team. Our aim is to produce a regular tofu that can be adapted for use in a wide range of dishes.

You can buy our regular tofu to create a wide range of dishes of your own, or you can buy from our range of prepared tofu and burgers.

Unlike the vast majority of prepared products, we use no emulsifiers, stabilisers or gums of any kind. By using ‘nigari' to coagulate the soya ‘milk', our curd holds together extremely well, so our burgers need no emulsification.

Sesame Burgers

Based on a traditional Japanese/Chinese mix called ganmo, our sesame burgers are similar in taste to western sausage mixes.

No oil is used in the preparation of these burgers. Can be pan fried to crisp the outside.

Smokey Tofu

We smoke our regular tofu on site using natural beech chippings in a smoking kiln to give a firm flavoursome product.

Can be used in a wide variety of recipes.

Sea Cakes

Made with tofu and seaweed, with a little smoke added, this is an interesting blend of East and West.

Contains trace elements of seaweed, 117mg of calcium and 75mg of magnesium per 100 grams, and 12.5% protein.

Marinated Tofu

A special blend of nine spices combines to give slightly sweet flavour. Ideal for recipes where a contrasting flavour is added. Excellent in sandwiches.

All our tofu is made from organic soya beans. It is extremely versatile and can be used in a huge variety of exciting dishes. Check out our recipes page for some inspiring ideas.
